New Year, New You??? Are You Sure???

is finally here bringing with it new dreams, goals, plans,
and compelling reasons to help you achieve very interesting,
attainable

However, whatever you do, “lose” the
Resolutions. This is the time to get very clear about you
want to achieve. Better yet, be very “real” about it.
Resolutions don’t seem to stick; however, a well-crafted
Action Plan does.
Why? It is because “resolutions” are
sometimes “good intentions” with permission to fail. “Heck,
we can always commit to this resolution again next year.”
Does that sound familiar? Resolutions seem to lose their
purpose, luster and motivation when they stand on “good
intentions” alone.
On the other hand, Action Plans with a
well-designed, clear vision of what you want to see happen,
coupled with strong reasons to move you towards the end-
result, turns into a win-win proposition to help you get
what you want, personally and professionally.
Remember the saying: “Lights, Camera, and
Action”?
Picture this: You are under the “Lights”, (Camera is totally
“Optional”)...and they say: “Action!” You just received a
command to execute a well-crafted Action Plan and all you
need to do is “follow it”.
